WHAT SERVICE ARE YOU OFFERING?

We are offering a delivery service that allows customers to place an order online and have their freshly baked bread and treats delivered straight to their door.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click ‘Order Now’ to start your order. As part of the order creation, you will select a time and day from the available days offered. Payment will be made online with the use of a credit card.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Payment methods include credit card, payable when placing the order online. For direct debit enquires, this at the discretion of the bakery. Please contact the bakery directly, prior to the order being received.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our delivery days are X, X and X between X-X. If you have any concerns please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have a selection of our popular products available for online ordering. You can see the full list of products when placing an order, including prices.

IS THERE A FEE FOR ONLINE ORDERING?

Delivery orders may have a fee and/or minimum spend to accommodate for travel expenses. All fees will be shown before confirming your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancelling orders must be done at least 48 hours prior to a collection day. To cancel an order please contact the bakery directly.
